Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the The Peaceful Woman's Method website and self-paced digital course (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Michelle A. Sims, a sole individual trading as "Michelle Sims Coaching" ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a program, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. What we provide

We offer a self-paced digital course("The Peaceful Woman's Method") consisting of pre-recorded audio lessons, written materials, printable PDF worksheets, and reflective audio tools such as guided Round Table practices and meditations. The Service is a self-paced educational digital product. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychiatric, or psychological care, and it does not include 1-on-1 coaching, consulting, advisory services, or any live or scheduled sessions with Michelle A. Sims. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of The Peaceful Woman's Method or any third party;
  • Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post course materials;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service (including malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing access controls);
  • Share your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual property

All program content, recordings, written materials, branding, and software remain the property of Michelle A. Sims. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial growth. No resale, redistribution, or reproduction is permitted.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details.

Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your license to use the program materials ends.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michelle A. Sims from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
