Who we are

This Service is operated by Michelle A. Sims, a sole individual trading as "Michelle Sims Coaching". For the personal data we collect about you through this Service, Michelle A. Sims is the data controller.

What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, survey responses.
  • Program activity: lessons completed, Round Table entries, notes you save.
  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, basic usage telemetry.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to receive emails from us.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are never seen or stored by us.

  • To create and maintain your account — performance of our contract with you.
  • To deliver the program and your content — performance of our contract with you.
  • To provide customer support — performance of our contract / legitimate interests.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.

  • To send marketing emails — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation.

Who we share data with

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics tools that help us run the Service.
  • Stripe, our payment provider, for processing payments, subscription management, and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data

We keep account and program data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
