Meet Michelle

A return to peace.
A return to self.
A return home.

"Peace is possible for every woman who is ready to come home to herself."

I'm a licensed therapist and coach with 24 years of professional experience, and a school social worker. I built The Peaceful Woman's Method for the women I've sat with my whole career — capable, loving, exhausted — whose anxiety hides behind everything they hold together.

My deepest desire is to change the way women relate to their inner world — to help them step out of constant mental overworking and back into presence, safety, and self-trust.

Family — the center of everything.

I was raised in a close Italian family, the oldest of three. Family shaped me: my parents, my grandparents, and the loss of my mother and father — and the honor of donating a kidney to my sister — all taught me what love and resilience really mean.

I'm an animal lover. My dog Maggie Mae was by my side for nearly 17 years; today, my two rescue cats, Jaxy and Princess, walk with me daily. I'm happiest near the ocean or outside — hiking, swimming, breathing.

My faith is at the forefront of my life. It carried me through my hardest season — a relationship with a narcissist in 2020 that brought me to my lowest point and made me use every tool I had spent years teaching others. I found my way back to peace, to truth, to happiness. The tools I teach are not just ideas. I have lived them.

Why now

The Peaceful Woman's Method was born from professional experience and from my own life. When a woman becomes peaceful within herself, everything in her life begins to reorganize around that peace. This work is my contribution to that shift.

My hope for you is that this work helps you quiet the noise, understand yourself with greater compassion, and begin trusting the wisdom that has been inside you all along. You do not need to become someone new. You are simply learning how to return to yourself — one peaceful step at a time.
